Who knew cooking was a love language?

The following is a recipe of my wife’s that I would love to share with you. And I am not
a betting man, but I’d wager that it’s simple enough to follow and get you the desired
         result.

1/2 pack Spaghetti (the slim type) 2 - 3 teaspoons of Light Soy sauce (dark soy
8 to 10 sticks of Carrots (julienned) sauce 1 or 2 teaspoons)
2 Red bell pepper (julienned) 2 - 3 spoons of cooking oil (you can use either
2 Green bell pepper (julienned) pure Sunflower oil, Canola oil Olive oil, or
1 bunch of Spring Onions (finely chopped) Vegetable oil)
1 bulb of Onions (finely chopped) Non-stick skillet or Frying Pan
2 big bulbs of Garlic (finely chopped) (optional) Strainer

1/2 kg of Chicken Breasts (shredded)
         2 teaspoons of Curry Masala

         Method

Boil spaghetti and make sure it’s not entirely to that. Stir it in and then take it off the fire, into a
soft. Run it under the tap and strain. Set aside. separate container or cooler. And put in another
batch of veggies and then add the spaghetti
Pour the cooking oil into your skillet and put it again. Till everything has been stir-fried.
over low heat. Add the Onions, Garlic, Carrots,
Chicken Breasts, Prawns, Bell Peppers, in this Or you can leave all the veggie stir fry in the
order. skillet, and start by adding the spaghetti, a little
at a time and continue to stir it in till you have
Let it simmer for 2 minutes then add Curry added all the spaghetti.
Masala and other Spices to taste.
Then you might want to cover the skillet for a
Let it sit for another 2 to 3 minutes. Then stir in little bit so that the heat and flavour of the stir fry
the spaghetti, little by little. You can do this in will properly marinate the spaghetti.
         one of two ways.
You may choose to add a little more oil if it’s too
You can either take out most of the stir fry, dry, but you want to take note not to make it too
leaving only a little and then add some spaghetti oily. Add spice if necessary.

PS: *I have a little trick... I make the veggies a little on the salty side, as the spaghetti is very bland. So, when I add
in the spaghetti and let it simmer, the taste evens out, and it’s neither too bland nor too salty*
