communicative relationship that the transition
to mentor is easy. I didn’t vote yes or no because I have
had to work under different women

Delphin Zingbe,

When a woman combines her intellectual
quality with a social quality, with a spirit of
discernment, she becomes a far better boss.
But these kinds of women are rare gems today.
So, we cannot conclude that women are better
bosses in terms of statistics, but there are
some who excel and do much better than men
in terms of social and financial management.
Cendrine AYAYI,
Branch Manager
My answer is yes, to a large extent: she
communicates better, she invests herself
without collaboration, she respects business
ethics and she is patient.
Davito Alexis,

With active listening skills, obvious will,
fairly high emotional intelligence, proven
integrity, appreciable competence, easy
communication, measured risk-taking,
admirable patience ... women are more likely
to be better leaders than men. However, a gap
still exists between the noble capacities of
female leadership and their implementation.
This may explain the low statistics of women
leaders compared to men. From my point
of view, the problem is no longer so much in
terms of the effectiveness or the supremacy
of female leadership but the stumbling block
remains the lack of self-confidence that should
trigger spontaneity in taking the initiative.
