Tell me a little bit about yourself
My name is Tracy Atohengbe. I
am a B.Sc. graduate of Industrial
mathematics. I love beans and
plantain, and ice cream. I enjoy
watching series (Vampire Diaries,
The Originals, Empire, Arrows,
Scandal, Suits…). I won’t say I
love to read however, I read
motivational books because I
know they add value.
How did you come to work at
UBA and what do you do here?
Like everyone else I applied,
went through the recruitment
process and got the job. I work
in Performance Management
unit.
How do you ensure you stand
out?
By simply being Tracy.
What is your favourite aspect of
the new dress code?
I just love the fact that new colours
were added.
What do you expect from the new
UBA?
A conducive environment for career
advancement and promotion.
Tell me a little bit about yourself
I am a Customer Relationship
manager with strong work ethics. I
also have strong organizational and
communication skills.
Describe your work style
My work style is extremely flexible –
working on many different customer
requests requires me to be adaptive.
In general, I try to work as quickly
but efficiently as possible to achieve
the highest results and delight our
customers. Most of my projects
require collaboration, so I use the
team environment to check for errors.
How do you ensure you stand out?
I listen more than I talk, I stay active
Tell me a little bit about yourself
I am Iyare McQueen Ehondor, a graduate of
Economics and a sucker for good chills.
How did you come to work at UBA and what do
you do here?
I have always had interest in Banking as
a profession, so after my National Youth
Service Corp, I applied to UBA. I got
invited, went through the interview
processes, the Banking School
Program, succeeded in all and was
offered Employment.
I work in a unit (UBA Academy)
that impacts staff positively by
giving them the necessary training
to improve their productivity to the
bank.
Describe your work style
I am a smart-worker, so I like to get in early
and stay until I have all or most of my goals
for the day accomplished.
How do you ensure you stand out?
This is achieved by knowing the
expectations and focus of the bank and
channelling my strengths to deliver.
What is your favourite aspect of the new
dress code?
The introduction of jeans and flexible
blazers colour option to the business casual
catalogue.
What do you expect from the ‘New UBA’?
Openness about decisions, better work-life
balance and other forms of staff motivation.

Tell me something nobody knows
about you?
I am a trained flight attendant.
What do you expect from the ‘New
UBA’?
UBA already stands on strong
management. I expect a better
working environment, with a high
level of motivation that would as
such promote a challenging career
growth.
