Tell me a little bit about yourself
I'm Eyimofe, a 29 year old single
dude. I studied Economics at Lead
city University Ibadan.
How did you come to work at UBA
and what do you do here?
I began working here 2 years ago. I
initially applied via the UBA website.
I was selected for tests and inter-
views, and when I was awarded
the 2nd best at the bank training
school, I was posted to the Trade
Services department. I am an
International trade processor.

My work style is structured around

things done, the more time we
have for feedback and resolution.

How do you ensure you stand out?
I believe that giving my best in any-
thing I do, and creatively thinking
outside the box at all times, makes me
stand out.
What is your favourite aspect of the
new dress code?
The flexibility in the ladies new dress
code is wonderful. The ladies look
more colourful and elegant, while still
keeping that professional style intact.
What do you expect from the ‘New
UBA’?
The 'New UBA' should be more staff ori-
ented, because when you treat your
staff well, they in turn take good care
of your customers. You don't have to
tell your staff how to behave to a cus-
tomer. A result oriented employee will
automatically put the customer first,
when the bank can empathize with
his/her basic needs, which is Welfare.
ments that are seemingly outside my
capacity. I challenge myself and seek
to outdo my past.
What is your favourite aspect of the
new dress code?
Well I love every aspect; it’s more
flexible and vibrant. But more impor-
tantly I can wear all my shoes now.
What do you expect from the ‘New
UBA’?
I expect the New UBA to be a place
where intelligent young people
can be sure of a career path.
Performance; no matter how little
should be rewarded at all levels.
Information should be readily avail-
able to all as knowledge is key to
performance.
