UBA Celebrates
Customers
UBA celebrated all its esteemed custom-
ers in all Business Offices across Africa as
part of the "International Customer Service
Week – 2014", held between October 5
and 10, 2014, with the theme "Say Yes to
Excellence".
It was a special customer focused week as
UBA reached out to customers across all
Business Offices to say "thank you" through
different activities including Business Office
visitations by Senior Executives, visitations
by RBHs and key customer visitations by
Relationship Managers.
ED Resources, Obi Ibekwe also used the
week to recognise some staff of UBA’s Le-
kki Admiralty and 33, Issa Williams Business
Offices in Nigeria, for exceptional perfor-
mance in the “Business Office Customer
Service Transformation Programme pre-
senting certificates to the outstanding staff.
Also, Okumagba Business Office was
declared the “Best Office in Customer
Service” in Nigeria as a reference point for
professionalism and outstanding customer
relationship culture.
