Some say how many times should I
exercise a week? I would say 3 times
at a minimum. Exercise becomes a
lifestyle, you will find yourself reducing
your food portions without being told,
eliminating the sugars and complex
carbohydrates. This is mainly due to
the fact that the aches, you feel, the
energy, the bounce, the exhilaration
and the tension leave you. Progress
drives consciousness.
You may have noticed I didn’t men-
tion the scale, yes stay off the scale. I
would say go on every 3 months. What
you need to consider are the inches
falling off you. I took measurements of
my waist, hips, thighs and arms using
that to check my progress. Don’t get
me wrong I’ve lost over 10kg, but what
I’ve lost in inches is more. Clothes fit
better or are falling off (which is always

a good thing☺), my skin feels firmer
and glows.
In all of this, I am just getting started,
my baby is 1yr old now, I started
about 9 months ago and I’m still on
the journey.
Take the 1st step, lace up your train-
ers and beginning walking. Take one
step and yes cut down your portions.
The ultimate goal is a better you inside
and out.
