As sport is essential for physical and mental well-being, I get myself into it by alternating the sports I do. For example, every week, I do three brisk walk sessions between 5am and 6am. I also do an exercise bike 30 to 45 minutes two times a week. I also love aerobics. Every week, I organize myself to have two sessions of aerobics at home by following the pro- gram of sport on the television channel D8. All my walks are very early in the morning because of the heat and dust once the city is moving. After 6:00 am, I don’t do any more sports. It is true that bank work schedules are busy, but you have to make time.

I have a ve ry intense work schedule
due to my professional aspirations. I also make it a point to have a rich and diver- sified social life. Being physically active helps me balance all this. I jog three times a week, alternating indoor and outdoor activities. It is a way for me to clear my mind and regenerate my body. When I cannot run during the week, I go dancing on weekends.

tFor me, it is important to take 3 hours
out of my busy schedule, to workout. On Tuesdays and Fridays, I go to the gym after work. It is a sacrifice I have made
for the past 3 years and it has yielded good results. I have not been out of office on sick leave since I started going to the gym. It has truly been worth the sacrifice.

Keeping fit while having a hectic sched- ule is a tedious job. I make sure I get a good night’s sleep, a little physical exer- cise involving stretching, push-ups and then get a good breakfast. I try my best to have a balanced diet and drink a
lot of water during the day. I also avoid elevators and take the stairs a lot. Most importantly, I adhere strictly to my exer- cise schedule; hitting the gym or going for a jog immediately after work. This helps me feel good.
