I do yoga every day before sleeping and I try my best to avoid junk and eat healthy. I take lots of water and visiting clients everyday keeps me refreshed and fit.

I exercise regularly! In spite of the tight and full schedule, I always try to squeeze time to workout, run, walk, and play football. This enables me remain fit and healthy.

I drink a minimum of 3 litres of water daily and eat lots of fruit. For me, exer- cise is also important. After work, I go for a walk or jog twice weekly and I play tennis for an average of 3 hours on weekends. I also play my piano and alto saxophone occasionally to relax and relieve stress.

I usually start my day at 5.20am with exer- cises before my shower. This works for me as it helps keep my mind, body and spirit alert throughout the day. I don’t work on weekends so I hit the gym on Saturdays and swim once in a while, on Sundays. My exercise routine involves a lot of High- intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and circuit training which targets all the muscles in the body at the same time.

My schedule at UBA is very volatile and to keep fit despite my hectic work, I usually relax by listening to or watching funny videos. On Saturdays, I make the effort to do some sports very early in the morning before I do any shopping.

I see fitness as a necessity, therefore I make time for it, I work out at the gym for an hour every morning before work. This sets me up for the entire day. I believe a little exercise is better than no exercise so, every opportunity I get to work out, I do.
WINNIE KAAKA/UBA KENYA
One of my fitness staples since my teenage years has been HIIT sessions ; I squeeze in some of this in the morn- ing, before I leave for work. This helps keep my metabolism going for hours afterwards and helps me burn lots of calories. I also love riding bikes, climb- ing mountains and I am an amateur marathon runner.
