HEALTH
HOW DO YOU KEEP FIT, DESPITE YOUR HECTIC WORK SCHEDULE AT
UBA?
             KABA FANTA/ HMCC GUINEA
It’s very simple: Fitness videos on YouTube lol! At the moment I do not have time to go jog- ging in the neighborhood because it is too late when I come back from work but that does not matter, I subscribed to the channel of an African -American sports coach who keeps
me fit on catchy musical beats. It gives me more desire to push my limits when the sound is good. Beyond that, I walk as much as possible in the office and out (lunch break). Instead of making calls I go directly to the office of the people I have to talk to; and it’s even better if they are on different floors.

I try to run every night from 7 to 8 pm and go swimming at least once every week. I take small breaks every 1 hour and walk around to meet colleagues or get some fresh air.

I love sports; despite my hectic work sched- ule, I work out for one hour on weekdays. Five times a week, I go to the gym for spinning classes, which is my favourite way of exercising. Whenever I miss the class, I switch to hiking and swim on weekends. These activities help me clear my head and keep fit.
