HEALTH
OLATOYE SULAIMON/IT SUPPORT & PROJECT MANAGEMENTRTTT NIGERIA Despite my busy work schedule, I stay fit by eating the right foods and squeezing
in gym sessions. I enjoy evening workouts, maxing out 100% at the gym and I try to keep my daily intake at 45% protein, 35% carbohydrates and 20% fats. Counting my macronutrients this way, helps with muscle mass maintenance.

HAMOONGA NCHIMUNYA / ZAMBIA
For me, exercise and workplace pro- ductivity always go hand in hand and I therefore prioritize exercise as much as I do reporting for work. Having a training routine has enabled me to find the time to work on my fitness despite my hectic work schedule. A few minutes during the week and longer exercising times over the weekend goes a long way.
FATIMA ELMI/ ZAMBIA
I try to run at least 3 times a week. My day starts at 4.50 am and I do an average
of 6km. I also do my long runs (10km) or more on Saturdays. I do weight training twice a week for endurance and strength.
“Mens sana in corpore sano’’ is a Latin phrase which means “a healthy mind in a healthy body”.
GANIYAT ABIODUN/RETAIL OFFICER NIGERIA
I ensure I move around as much as possi- ble, so I ca stretch out my legs and back and go to the gym on most weekends. What I think is the most important how- ever, is cutting out late night food in any form
