UBA NEW YORK’S EXECUTIVES
OPERATIONS
UBANY has implemented a world
class IT infrastructure comprising bank-
ing applications and an Anti-Money
Laundering application. The bank
is linked seamlessly to the Federal
Reserve clearing system and the
S.W.I.F.T network. The bank has also
developed and implemented emer-
gency preparedness procedures
designed to minimize the impact of
any emergency or business disruption.
The procedures cover both short term
disruptions and long term disasters.
Therefore, for each operational sys-
tem, adequate precautions are taken
to ensure that all operations can ade-
quately recover from damage to, or
inability to access and use the hard
ware, software and critical data. For
all systems there is secure and remote
backup storage of data files and pro-
