Working for UBA has been a very exciting journey, a learning process, that has given me the opportunity to express myself and the ability to iden- tify the hidden talents in me that I now explore. UBA is a great place to work. One good thing I will like to commend UBA on is the recruitment session or process, especially during the inter- view sessions.
When I came in, I discovered that this bank is an outstanding bank, they don’t just go in for people, they go in for the best people, they impress on you the nature of being lions and lionesses, with the mind to dominate, helping me see beyond just my aca- demic qualifications. It’s like a mind school where you are reoriented on your approach to life, which expresses itself through your work ethics and eventually our service delivery to cus- tomers.
I have worked with UBA for over a year now at the treasury operations department. Since I got into UBA it has been inspiring and challenging, as UBA unlike other banks, does not leave room for complacency. We are taught to own the task and get it done well!
I want to say thank you to UBA for the opportunity given me, the weekly trainings have been of immense pos- itive addition to my career develop- ment. I used to be a very shy person, but now, wherever and whenever I am called upon, I show up like a Lioness that I am. My time in UBA is an experi-
ence I will take with me forever.

I joined UBA in 2012, more than six years ago. I am account manag- er at the Ouagadougou CENTRAL MARKET agency. It is always reward- ing to work for a large group espe- cially for a financial institution of the calibre of UBA that is present in several African countries and even
beyond.
Personally, I have learned a lot both professionally and socially because, above all, UBA is a big family to which I am proud to belong. We contribute every day to develop the economy of our nation by accom- panying our loyal customers as best as we can, through innovative prod-
