What is it like to be a member of the UBA tribe?
UBA has a history of nurturing and culti- vating some of the best minds the finan- cial services industry in all its countries of operations have ever produced. Little wonder almost all Nigeria’s Central Bank Governors have been staff of UBA at some point in their career journeys. The bank promotes a work environment and cul- ture that challenges you to push yourself beyond the limits till the ‘never say never’ attitude becomes second nature to you.
