towards importation of agricultural inputs • under the government-driven Farmer
Input Support Program (FISP) which

1m small-scale farmers. Also, between 2015-2017 UBA Zambia dispatched over 130,000 prepaid cards for small scale
farmers under the Ministry of Agriculture spread across Zambia. •
