LETTERS TO
THE EDITOR
The last edition was good.
I would recommend more content
and pictures from other countries.
We can see Nigeria had lot of
pictures showcased.

Congratulation on the last edition,
content was very good and rich,
the exposure of Cameron and the
article was good, great picture
selection. My suggestion is to
improve more content from the
subsidiaries, example in the “buy
African section” there is a lot of
diversity and beautiful fashion we
can include.

I am a reader of your magazine the Lion King, it is also with
pleasure that I inform you I am usually a collector of all your
numbers.
However, I was particularly disappointed by the number 53 of
March 2017 that you published.
Indeed, UBA is a pan-African bank present in 19 African
countries, so we find that the cultural diversity is not totally
embodied and represented by the editorial line of the magazine.
This really does not correspond to the expectations I have with
regard to your magazine that has otherwise accustomed me to
better quality topic tackle. I am aware that it is not possible to
please everyone, however, I do not think such facts are equal to
the image that your magazine had previously represented to me.
I wanted to make you feel displeased and proud not to clutter,
not even to let off steam, but above all because I love this
magazine, its leaders and the subjects it addresses. I hope, by
this letter, to succeed in bringing forward a reflection which
could make it possible to no longer be confronted with such a
situation.

Dear Editor,
The magazine is good and
brings to light many aspects and
cultures of Africa in the different
subsidiaries.
This enables readers to know
about other African cultures and
how other UBA subsidiaries are
integrating business with their
cultures.
However, there is an over
concentration on the capture
of stories and lifestyles of top
executives.
Getting down to junior staffs and
capturing theirs too could be
significant.

Dear Editor,
The Lion King Magazine is becoming
more interesting.
I really appreciate the opening to
subsidiaries. It makes staff all around
Group to feel that we are United.
The country focus is a wonderful
theme. From my Senegal, I can
appreciate the good side of our
continent. But you should also include
other staff that are outstanding in the
Group and not only Executives.
Then also, why not be able to send
the electronic version to customers, so
they will see what is going on in our
Organization.
Congratulations for this new editorial
line and keep one going!

Dear Editor,
It is with renewed excitement that I find every quarter a
new edition of our favorite Lion King Magazine.
I cannot help paying tribute to you for the significant
efforts made every day to make each edition an exceptional
magazine.
My enthusiasm is all the greater that I never miss an
edition of Lion King Magazine. Each quarter is a great
opportunity for me to return to the world of business,
economic prospects and cultural diversity of Africa; To read
enriching interviews of personalities with atypical paths,
to go to the source of the practical advice, to follow the
news of the group throughout the world, in a tone and an
incentive style which constantly increases the pleasure of
being informed, to be educated and have a background.
However, Lion King Magazine will still win more to open
up and give readers a say for greater involvement and
participation. Would it not be interesting to create headings
such as "forum space" on professional topics or common
interests of staff, or to give interviews to staff in specific
technical positions?

It is always a real pleasure
for me to click on the link of
each released LKM because
I like the global presentation
of this in-house publication
with its high quality of pictures
and news developed by
professionals. It is e-book easy
to flip through.
The inspirational career pages
of leaders and the country focus
are where I go first to discover.
However, there so much pages
reserved for ''the rounds in
3 months" showing pictures
already published. I suggest to
reduce pages of ''the rounds in
3 months" to present events or
strategy about quality service
delivered to our customers.
