WE ARE 16 YEARS
IN THE CENTURY!
Until this was pointed out to me by a colleague, I didn’t quite realize
the significance. We are 16 years into the 21st century! How times fly.
Any one recall year 2000 and the millennium bug?
Given what is currently happening in the world, especially the decline
in oil and commodity prices, this year will be quite challenging for most
economies in Africa.
Specifically, a number of significant things will happen during the year
and in keeping with the number 16, we have identified some of the
things that will shape 2016 in our view. This is a must read!
