Your job, in a nutshell?
I plan, identify, monitor and analyse the
liquidity and funding risk positions of the
organization in order to ensure liquidity
supply and a sustainable profitability
outlook for the bank.
What motivates you?
Meeting set targets within
deadlines. It gives me a sense
of accomplishment and it’s
something I can look back on
and say “I achieved that.” I’m
also motivated by visible results.

shop for clothes?
I am not particu-
larly a designer

freak.
I usually do not
follow trends and
I love to shop in
modest places.
Your choice of clothes?
I like classy and absolutely simple
clothes.
What’s your hair strategy for work?
I like to keep my hair simple and
business-like. I don’t like my hair to
cover my face, it could portray that
I have something to hide. The face
should be open and visible; it’s the
quality of a confident professional.
What’s your fashion crush?
Shoes! The right shoes just
do both the walking and
talking for me.
