         Happy Women’s Month everyone! It’s that time to
         celebrate womanhood once again, and to show
         appreciation for women with an article on how they
         can stay healthy.

         That said, consider this as a cheat sheet on healthy
         living so keeping a few of these tips in mind will help
         you stay in good health whilst you enjoy the best of
         what life’s got to offer:

         1. Chill the stress out


         Yes, you’ve heard it before but when considering
         how women seem to endlessly juggle all they have
         on their plate (which is a lot), special care must be
         taken. Stress, when left unaddressed can have
         significant health implications ranging from infertility
         to higher risks of depression, anxiety, and heart
         disease. Find a healthy stress-reduction method that
         works for you and stick with it.


         2. Watch the calcium


         Yeah, adults over 30 need more calcium but don’t
         push it. Too much-absorbed calcium can increase
         the risk of kidney stones and even heart disease.
         If you’re under 50, keep the needle on 1,000
         milligrams per day. As for older women, getting
         1,200 milligrams per day – mainly through diet
