I was excited to finally open an account in a bank that understands us (the youth) by offer- ing so many products though different digital channels. UBA is definitely a cool bank! When I first came to learn more about the account opening procedure, I was pleasantly surprised by the way the staff welcomed me. As a young customer who starts her professional life, I don’t have millions to bring. But the relationship officers took great care of me like they would have done with any other customer. That’s what struck me the most at UBA. All customers are equal and treated the same way.
