UBA is a bank that I am very comfortable working with, our relationship with UBA is very unique, beyond banking UBA has actually grown in a way that it has no competition., UBA goes the extra mile to give business advisory and recommen- dations.
Corporately we have been with UBA for 5 years now, and personally I have a relationship with UBA SL for over 10 years. As at the time that UBA came, we needed them, we realised that their value addition to our business became so pronounced that we didn’t even want to go, and we had to even extend the relationship beyond Sierra Leone to our businesses in Nigeria.

Let me say that our relationship with UBA has been a jolly
ride. We have been banking with UBA for 5 years now, and we started banking with UBA for their reputation, they have a good business reputation in Sierra Leone. UBA has very good customer service delivery. There are times we have had some problems, but response and solution come quickly.
Without flattery, UBA does their best and their deals are very good.

It’s since 1979 that I opened my account at UBA, ex BIB I have been in the bank for 40 years. UBA is a bank that listens to its customers. Whenever I’m at its offices, I’m always treated well. I never had a problem with a bank agent.
