lement Isikwe, a man with “no airs”, from Ukala Okpunor
in Delta State and CEO of UBA Mozambique. Married
with three beautiful children, Clement is a graduate of
the University of Lagos with a B.Sc. in Actuarial Science and an
MBA. He became a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers,
Nigeria in 2011.
Born into a loving but very strict Christian family, he was not
allowed to domany things because of the house rules. He reveals,
“My mother was stricter and to avoid her trouble, I needed to
imbibe the family core values. I was therefore a good home
boy supporting my parents in all house and domestic activities
which included kitchen affairs. In order not to disappoint my
family, I became more focussed, humble, God fearing and
hardworking.” These attributes have contributed immensely to
the successes he has achieved through the years.
