ATHLEISURE

The word ‘athleisure’ keeps popping up when it comes to style and fashion recently but what does it mean and why has it become all the rage in 2019?
Well the term kind of defines itself, it’s technically wearing clothes meant for the gym or other athletic activities at your leisure i.e casual or social occasions. For me, ‘athleisure’ is the perfect cross between style and comfort, for example, getting to wear a nice dress with a comfortable pair of sneakers, or wearing a stretchy pair of leggings to lunch so I can eat as much as I want.
Need a little guidance on how to pull it off? Here are a couple of ways you can rock the athleisure look.... well at your leisure :-).
